Canadian VPS Providers

I require a virtual private server (VPS) provider to host this website along with other private cloud services. From prior experience, my use case requires a minimum of 2GB of RAM and approximately 20GB of storage but is otherwise not CPU-intensive (i.e. 1 vCore would be sufficient). To be compatible with my deployment scripts, the OS offerings must include Debian. I want to keep my data within Canada, preferably with a Canadian- or EU-owned provider. My existing backup solution is hosted in Toronto, so ideally a physical location outside of Toronto would be ideal.
The least expensive option meeting the above requirements from a number of providers are (last updated 2021-02-20):

Ultimately, I selected OVH's Starter VPS. If I require more storage, the 40 GB NVMe Value instance is still among the cheapest at CAD 8.00/month.
